This tour is designed around the best possible timing to experience Dubrovnik’s City Walls.
Unlike standard tours, we offer an early 8:00 AM departure so you can walk the walls before the heat and crowds. We also offer a sunset option for a completely different atmosphere.
Led by a licensed local guide, the tour combines history and insider stories with carefully timed stops at the best viewpoints overlooking the Old Town, Fort Lovrijenac, and the Adriatic Sea.

What To Expect
Amerling Fontana
We commence at the Amerling fountain, location is Brsalje 2, next to Dubravka gift shop, outside of the old town walls. The guide will have a blue umbrella.
Dubrovnik City Walls
We take the steps onto the city walls at the western entrance (across the Onofrio fountain). Our first stop is right above the main street from where you will have the best view . Your guide will introduce you to the rich history of the town.

5.00I can really recommend this! There were no signs on the city wall in English informing you around history, so it is crucial to have a guide if you want to learn more about Dubrovnik. We also got the chance to put as many questions we wanted and we learnt a lot around daily life in Dubrovnik both today and in the past. We got good recommendations as well. In short - a great tour!

5.00We had the most amazing experience touring the Dubrovnik City walls with Desa! Her deep knowledge, engaging storytelling, and passion for the city’s history brought every step of the tour to life. Although my family is from Dubrovnik and I’ve walked the walls before, this was the first time I joined a guided tour-mainly because I had a group of friends visiting for the first time. 5.00We took the 2 hour sunset tour with Michaela purchased through GetYourGuide . She paced the tour so that we had ample time to rest after the intermittent uphill stairs along the wall and provided interesting history about Dubrovnik and Croatia including personal notes. It was a very enjoyable tour and a highlight of our trip to Croatia.

5.00Our tour guide Daniel was an absolute gem. She wasn’t only interesting but took an interest in everyone in our small group. She shared some fascinating information as well as a bit of a tear jerker of her own family’s experiences. I would highly recommend this tour. Was a perfect time to do the tour as the sun was at its lowest in the day. highly recommended.

She was also very good and patient with my wife who had a fear of heights. Great Tour, with a great guide. Highly recommend.

5.00I liked this so much I sent others on the same tour the next morning. Deca was amazing, giving so much of the history of Dubrovnik as well as information about the culture. She gave recommendations on where to eat and even helped me with instructions for bus including # and stop nearest my hotel. You should do this tour right away as she will help you enjoy rest of your time in Dubrovnik. Yes, lots of steps but stops to tell you about history or views are well timed to catch your breath and take a break

5.00Absolutely wonderful wall walk with our lovely guide Desa! Thoroughly knowledgeable, passionate about her city, open to answering all questions not only about the history of Dubrovnik but also present life here, as well as offering great suggestions on what to do and where to go, we totally enjoyed this tour and cannot recommend Desa (and this tour!) enough!
