1.00Very disappointed. Very poor communications about the pre-tour process coupled by no contact from the guide at the morning of the tour. Result we paid but did not get the tour. The booking organization Viator did not provide any refund, believing that the guide contacted us that morning. He did not. The Viator did hold the guide responsible for better doing his job. Frustrating.

3.00He picked us up at the location that we wanted so that was great. However, after we were picked up the rest of the 2 hours were spent with us trying to get some information about Las Vegas and not being successful at it. It was not a tour of Vegas. It was a short drive in mostly stop and go traffic.
