1.00Provider didn't pick us up at the promised location. TripAdvisor sent us a message that they replaced this tour with Hop-on/Hop-off, which we didn't ask. Complete disaster in this tour management. Don't recommend to anybody

2.00Our tour was supposed to be a guided tour. It was changed the prior evening to a 48 hour hop on hop off bus voucher. While the trolley guide shared a lot of good information I think we missed out on what we could have learned at some of the stops.
