For two adult and one child age 6 it cost us £71. The Audio tour isn’t something that will keep a 6 year old entertained, plus it isn’t eat as much chocolate as advertised. Very expensive for what it is.

Booked tickets for the Lindt Home of Chocolate Museum through Viator, confirmed for 3pm, and travelled all the way to Zurich for this. On arrival, showed the Viator app confirming the booking at reception, and they told us to message Viator for a QR code. We were then told our booking had been double-booked by them by mistake with no tickets left. We’d already travelled across the world and reached the venue, only to be turned away due to their error. A refund doesn’t make up for the anticipation and excitement of an experience ruined by sheer incompetence. Would not recommend booking with Viator.
