1.00Do not book with Amazing Canoeing. They took my money and allowed staff to verbally abuse customers. After being told to "shut up or leave the boat," I left. They refused to refund my 600 baht and are hiding behind a fake "ongoing investigation." Unprofessional and dishonest.

1.00Be careful before booking with this company. My experience was very disappointing. First, there doesn’t seem to be any real management. It felt like everyone on the boat was making decisions, so there was no clear leadership. Second, they asked us to pay several additional fees that were never disclosed before the trip. It felt misleading and unprofessional. Finally, they canceled visits to some of the islands, claiming there wasn’t enough time. This was frustrating because those stops were part of the reason we booked the tour. Overall, I would not recommend this company due to the lack of organization, unexpected extra charges, and failure to deliver the full itinerary.
Absolute nightmare experience — Zero stars if I could.

1.00My trip to James Bond Island was completely ruined before it even started. Once on the boat, someone took the microphone and spoke in a language we couldn’t understand for over 15 minutes. When we asked about it, we and other non-speakers were aggressively told to either "shut up or leave the boat." I chose to respect myself and got off. When I called the office, they claimed the person on the mic wasn’t even their employee and shouldn't have been speaking. If that’s true, why does this company allow random people to hijack their boat's PA system and harass paying customers? To make matters worse, they took 600 baht in cash from me. They promised an "investigation" to issue a refund, but they have completely ghosted me. My money is gone, and the trip was ruined. Terrible management and a total scam. Avoid this company at all costs!

5.00This was hands down one of the highlights of our trip to Thailand! From start to finish, the entire experience was incredibly well organised, and we couldn’t believe how much was included for the price. If you’re looking for an unforgettable day exploring the stunning limestone cliffs, hidden lagoons, and sea caves, this is the tour to book. A huge thank you to Tony and his amazing crew who made the day so enjoyable. Everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely passionate about making sure guests had the best experience possible. The canoe guides were fantastic—super charming, knowledgeable, and they went above and beyond by taking so many beautiful photos for us, allowing us to simply relax and enjoy the scenery. The locations we visited were absolutely breathtaking. Paddling through hidden caves into peaceful lagoons surrounded by towering limestone cliffs felt like something straight out of a movie. Every stop was unique and gave us plenty of opportunities to appreciate the natural beauty of Phang Nga Bay. The boat itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable, making the journey between locations relaxing. We were also pleasantly surprised by the amount and quality of food provided throughout the day. There was plenty to eat, with tasty meals and snacks that kept everyone well-fed from morning until the trip ended. The only downside—and it’s not really the tour company’s fault—was the two-hour minivan pickup in the morning, as we made multiple hotel stops before reaching the pier. If you’re someone who gets motion sick, I’d definitely recommend booking a Grab directly to the pier instead. It would make an already fantastic day even better. Overall, this tour exceeded every expectation. Incredible scenery, fantastic food, a comfortable boat, amazing canoe guides, and outstanding service from Tony and the crew. It was exceptional value for money, and we’d recommend it to anyone visiting Phuket. We’d happily do it again!

5.00It was a big boat can host 30-40ppl, therefore don’t need to worry about seasick. The trip was relax with 2 kayaks rides & 1 period of swimming. The guide Ohma is very friendly and helpful.
