What To Expect
Join us on what we believe is the most fun thing to do in the world! Snowmobiling on a glacier. Snow Safari´s local guides will escort you safely from Husafell Activity Center to the top of Langjokull glacier. Our rides are new and sturdy and ideal for our journey to the top. In Husafell you will receive your gear: helmets, buff, overshoes and warm overalls. Then we move via bus to the edge of the glacier where you will receive safety instructions about the snowmobiles and the glacier. Upon completion we embark to the top and every step of the way is explained by our local knowledgeable guides. We will also create and help you with photo opportunities to preserve your memories. And to brag with your friends and family :) If there ever was a bucket list item to tick then this is it!

5.00What a day on the glacier! I was on the glacier on a snowmobile two years ago, but Simply Iceland is worlds better. An amazing tour with great people. A big thank you to Gabriela and her colleague for the fantastic tour. Top-notch snowmobiles, top-notch location—just simply the best. Five stars aren’t even enough, but I can’t give any more. 5.00The Super Jeep drive up to where the snowmobiles are waiting was fun and they have markers showing where the glacier edge was located at certain years. Our guide was great and we had so much fun on the snowmobiles. You are able to pay a supplemental fee if everyone in the party wants their own or else you ride double. However, they do stop a few times so it's easy to switch drivers. They also took loads of videos for us and sent them to us free of charge. It was a fun way to see the glacier and the surrounding mountains.

5.00An amazing experience. We met our guides, Gabby and Eddie, in Husafel to be kitted out in warm full body suits, gloves, helmet, etc and they were very friendly and helpful. The 35 min Super jeep ride up to the glacier was fun and after a short briefing we then had an hour or so on the snowmobiles. The weather was not ideal, fairly windy and low visibility, but this just made the ride more exciting and we felt very safe. We had two stops, a quick photostop and then a slightly longer stop in an area of better visibility where the views were good and we were able to have some time riding around a small area at will. This tour was excellent, totally lived up to expectations and we highly recommend.
