Let our experienced local guides bring the wonders of Rocky Mountain National Park to life with engaging stories and expert insights from start to finish. Your journey begins in historic downtown Estes Park, at an elevation of 7,500 feet, and winds through lush meadows, shimmering rivers, aspen groves, and alpine lakes. In summer and fall, we venture into the alpine tundra above 12,000 feet, traveling the historic Old Fall River Road (accessible after July 4) and the scenic heights of Trail Ridge Road (weather permitting). There will be multiple stops along the way up to the Alpine Visitor Center and stops along the way back down. If conditions prevent access to certain areas, don’t worry—we’ll explore equally stunning parts of the park to ensure an incredible experience. Ride in comfort in our iconic Green Jeeps, which seat up to 10 guests. For larger groups, we’ll divide you across multiple vehicles to keep the adventure personal and connected.

This experience is poorly labeled. What we booked thinking was a chance to see animals on trails we would not otherwise be able to access was actually the exact same roads all other tours (and even just people visiting the park) drove on. Our guide (Sam) was really great. He was kind and interesting and really the only reason this review is 3 stars instead of less. If you are looking for someone to drive you up the Rockies and tell you some cool facts - this is the (very expensive) trip for you. If you are looking for a safari - look elsewhere.

Very informative. Nice way to see the park with guide and you get to sit back and relax and let someone else do the driving. We had a wonderful time.

Nick Wagner was knowledgeable and helpful. We were supplied snacks and blankets since it did get colder at the higher elevations of the mountain. He pointed out several animals along the way.

We had an awesome trip with Green Jeep Tours. Our guide, Jennifer, was so knowledgable and made the trip so much fun! This is the best way to tour Rocky Mountain National Park.

Dress in layers. It gets colder as you climb in elevation. The guides are helpful with pertinent information about the park and wildlife.

This tour was the highlight of our trip to Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. Sam was our very knowledgeable guide. He's incredibly experienced and knows every inch of the Trail Ridge Road. The tour takes you all the way up to the Alpine Visitor Center which is the highest visitor center in the country at 11,796ft, with beautiful scenic stops along the way. Although, a guide has no control over what animals you see, Sam knows which parts of the park are best for animal spotting. We were fortunate and saw two beautiful bull elk and one bull moose on the way back down. I would highly recommend this tour if you'd like to learn about Rocky Mountain National Park.

We had an incredible experience. Before the tour started, we told the guide we were hoping to see a moose. He went out of his way to make sure we had every possibility of seeing one, including circling back through the willows before we left the park, and on that circle back, we finally spotted one!

Our Jeep tour through Rocky Mountain National Park was one of the highlights of our trip, and much of that was thanks to our incredible guide, Sam. He was truly an encyclopedia of knowledge—not only about the park itself, but also about the wildlife, history, geology, and ecology of the area. Every mile of the journey was filled with fascinating stories and insights. Even though the weather was chilly and rainy, Sam's enthusiasm and expertise made us forget all about the conditions. In fact, the moody weather seemed to add to the adventure and beauty of the park. We were fortunate enough to see bighorn sheep, but the unforgettable highlight was watching a mother moose and her baby carefully cross a river right before our eyes. It was one of those magical wildlife moments that you never forget. Thank you, Sam, for turning a rainy day into an extraordinary experience. Your passion for Rocky Mountain National Park is contagious, and you helped create memories that will stay with us for a lifetime. Highly recommended!

We went in the morning and it was perfect, the views were so beautiful and learning about the wildlife and the history of the Rockys is something you can't skip on. Our tour guide Colton was phenomenal and super knowledgeable. Definitely recommend going in the morning because it gets super busy and you will have to wait in long lines to even get into the park, it is also cooler in the morning and it made for the perfect weather. This is a must do if you are in the area!

This tour was a great way to see a lot of the park in one day. Our guide Michael was very knowledgeable and catered the tour to our group. It was a beautiful day and we enjoyed having the open air jeep. Would absolutely recommend.
