Your guide will greet you at the Lucerne meeting point, before whisking your away to Mt. Pilatus
Our accent to Mount Pilatus will take us aboard the iconic “dragon ride” aerial cable cart, where we will float back to earth suspended in a giant glass cabin. The windowed walls provide 360 views of the Lucerne region, and many compare the experience to flying. Enjoy an ever-changing perspective of the Alpine landscape, as historic Lucerne pulls back into focus as we approach the end of the line. The ride is a highlight of any trip to Mount Pilatus.

4.00The things we saw were amazing but the tour guide was more of a logistics point getting you from point A to point B and not informative about what you were seeing. Example was on the boat tour she just got us on the boat and left us for two hours only to check in to see if we were okay. Lucky for us we sat near another tour group where the tour guide was explaining all kinds of cool things about the lake and shoreline.

5.00Carlos our guide was incredible!!!! He was friendly, social, knowledgeable and always kept an eye on all of us so we never got out of his sight! He was 15 out of 10!!

5.00We booked a small group tour and it was fantastic! Our group of 8 had a fabulous time together and our guide, Salma, was amazing!! Such a great way to experience a cable car, gondola, cogwheel train and stunning views all in one! Salma went above and beyond to explain the history, answer questions and make sure we were very clear on the timetable for each part of the activity! She was the best guide we’ve had in all of our travels. Highly recommend splurging for the small group tour if available!

1.00If I could rate zero, I would! Booked an excursion months in advance to Mt. Pilatus in Lucerne, Switzerland. We were so looking forward to it - highlight of the trip - once in a lifetime experience. The Guide did NOT SHOW UP. I was so upset!! We were on time and waited over 45 minutes. Used the exact meeting point info in Google Maps. Locals confirmed we were in the right spot. Such a disappointment.

5.00This is definitely worth the time and money. It was a wonderful way to see the beauty of Lake Lucerne as well as experience the ride up Mt. Pilatus with its stunning views. The only complaint is that the information provided about what to expect wasn't super helpful. It was hard to know how the day was going to play out. Our guide did a good job of keeping track of our group, since there is a lot of free time on the boat ride and at the top of Mt. Pilatus.

5.00An amazing way to explore not just the Mountain but transportation options around the city as well. Medium paced experience never feeling rushed or hurried. I wish we would have done it sooner in our visit. I do wish they would have pointed out we needed our visitor card to return by bus on the last leg. One call to the hotel fixed that easily though. The experience varies greatly by quick changes in weather.
