What To Expect
You will make two doughs one with semolina flour and one with 00 flour. You will create two shapes of pasta and at the egg term you eat what you have produced. In the meantime there will be a tasting with three glasses of wine from Tenuta la Falcona.

5.00I celebrated my birthday with a group of friends by participating in a cooking class… and it was simply a fantastic experience! From the very beginning, we were received with great warmth and professionalism: the girls who welcomed us were kind, available, and able to make us feel at ease right away. The atmosphere was relaxed and fun, perfect for a special occasion like this. In addition to being very knowledgeable, they were also friendly and engaging, explaining each step clearly and making the lesson interesting even for those who do not have much experience in the kitchen. We prepared delicious dishes using fresh, quality ingredients, learning tricks and techniques that I will definitely take with me. But the best part was the sharing: cooking together with my friends, laughing, tasting, toasting… truly an original and memorable way to celebrate! At the end of the lesson, we enjoyed everything we had prepared, and it was all delicious! An experience that combines fun, learning, and great food. I absolutely recommend this cooking class to anyone looking for a different idea to celebrate a special event or even for team building. My friends and I returned home excited and with many beautiful memories! ✨🍝🥂

5.00Fantastic course! An experience I would repeat because you learn while having fun. We enjoyed the fresh pasta we made ourselves, accompanied by excellent wine. The teachers are truly very skilled and professional!!! I would recommend it 100% to anyone who wants to learn how to make excellent Italian pasta at home by themselves.

A beautiful experience with Marta and Silvia, who taught us how to make farfalle and stuffed tortelli, concluded with a tasting of what we prepared and wine tasting during the evening. An experience I recommend for those who want to spend two carefree hours; the group is small, which allows for better following of the steps! Five stars for you!

5.00Which flour is used for which pasta? How should the dough feel before it is passed through the pasta machine? Which wine is grown in the area? The course was very informative and well-structured with great attention to detail. We had a very nice, relaxing, stimulating, and successful pasta cooking class. In the end, we enjoyed the pasta together with two different sauces. As a surprise, there was a dessert. A strawberry tiramisu with berries from the garden. We would book this course again at any time. The ambiance was also very nice, and the two cooks were very patient with us. Many thanks to the team. Keep it up!
