Your guide will share the captivating tale of how an entire city was built to support the Dam’s construction. At Hoover Dam, cross into Arizona for incredible views before being led on an expertly guided tour atop the dam. Then, venture below and inside the Power Plant* for a tour led by a Bureau of Reclamation guide. Walk through original construction tunnels and see the eight massive generators of of the Nevada Powerhouse!
*Should access to the Hoover Dam Generator Room be restricted by the Bureau of Reclamation, the tour will include stops at the Mike O’Callaghan-Pat Tillman Memorial Bridge and the Boulder City Hoover Dam Museum.

Lake Mead, the country’s largest reservoir, can be seen as you arrive at the historical Hoover Dam. Your guide will explain the surrounding area and Lake Mead itself.

5.00Despite a brutally hot day this was a great tour! Plenty of time to see the Dam and a drive through tour of Boulder City, and we had a few minutes to stop by the Welcome to Las Vegas sign. All in all a great half day. Thanks Ed for the commentary and the ice cold waters!

5.00Great tour. Our guide, Stephen, was very informative, providing lots of commentary about many local things during the drive to and from the dam. The size of the dam has to be seen in person to be appreciated and the guides at the dam were super informative. Good mix of time with guides and free time. Great way to spend 4-5 hours.

5.00Great experience with Pink Adventure Tours. Picked up at our hotel. Gretchen our guide was terrific. She was a wealth of knowledge explaining the sites on the way to and from the dam. Free water was also great. This was our first time visiting Las Vegas. We would definitely book another tour with this company.

5.00We took the early tour to Hoover Dam. Our tour guide John was very informative on a variety of area topics and was interactive with the group on the drive out and back. Exactly what was needed to keep the us engaged. John handled all the entry tickets into the for the Dam Tour. He gave us great insight about the Dam and took us to see big horn sheep in Boulder City. The Dam tour itself is conducted by the Bureau of Reclamation and is simply inspiration, as well as extremely ‘cool’. Literally and figuratively. What an incredible accomplishment. Great experience, well worth it.
