3.00They made us purchase water shoes before entering because we didnt have any. Cost $37 to purchase. Then once inside we found out we could rent for only $12. The gift shop knew this and intentional had us purchase overpriced shoe's before we could enter. Not impressed. The place was fun but super crowded and not enough chairs to even sit down.

5.00The baths were a one of a kind, unforgettable experience enjoyable for all ages. There was an assortment of pools and saunas available for use with varying temperatures and purposes, and when you go make sure to bring sunscreen, flip flops, and towels.

5.00Easy to find and we discovered that it was easy to upgrade because we bought just general admission tickets. Having the VIP (middle level) was worth the extra money to have access to quieter areas.

4.00They could not find our booking, after ten minutes of back and forth with various staff members we were allowed in, other than that good experience albeit some very over excited adults who where a bit loud but understandable as they are their to enjoy themselves too. I would go back

5.00Very enjoyable excursion. Good number of different sized baths/pools to enjoy, both indoor & outdoor available to use. Opted for a cabin which was easy to use & knowing our belongings were safe whilst using the baths.

5.00Book ahead as there are queues and max capacity. we booked the little cabin changing room and this is definitely worth the extra, all belonging stored away safe and lots of room and privacy to change. We went in December and it was a great day of relaxing. Lots of other things to do in that area... ice skating, the balloon and Christmas markets.

4.00Fine, great water. Crowds weren't too bad. Good to travel from the city by taxi (€10). The building could use a refurbishment, I think this, given the income €60 pp should be possible. Otherwise fine. Located in a beautiful location

5.00Very fun experience. Make sure you look inside and out of the thermal baths. Cold plunge pool, beer barrel pools, raging circle of current (unexpected find and so much laughing). Bring flip flops and a towel from hotel. Eat lunch. Spend the day relaxing and cooling down!

5.00Well managed. Clean. Multiple baths at different temps to choose from. Spent several hours in a large pool with about 100 guests, mostly speaking Hungarian. Loads of fun, even tho it rained on us. Recommend bringing your own bath supplies (water shoes or flip flops, and towel if possible) so you don't have to purchase those items

3.00Entry to the spa was difficult due to a problem with our tickets. Spa management informed us the problem did not lie with them, rather the 3rd party we had booked with, ie Viator. I had booked and paid for cabins for 5 people however spa management informed me this was not showing on our tickets! We wasted 30+ minutes trying to sort this out and were eventually only given 4 cabins! Indoor pools all a bit tired looking and some appeared unclean.
