If you have back, neck, joint, or muscular problems you should carefully consider whether to participate
You must be able to swim on your own.
Hotel pickup is available from most Cancun hotels. Please arrange pickup from your hotel or a nearby location when you call to confirm your reservation.
Please be ready and waiting in your hotel lobby 15 minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up time.
A 25 USD Reef Tax per person will be collected upon arrival.
You must contact Cancun Sightseeing at least 24 hours before your activity date to confirm your reservation and arrange transportation.
Pickup from Costa Mujeres hotels is only available on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Please make sure to select one of these days if you are staying in Costa Mujeres.
What To Expect
Just off the coast of Puerto Morelos, beneath the sparkling turquoise water, lies the world's second-largest barrier reef. Embark on a guided snorkeling tour that takes you to 2 different locations on this spectacular underwater paradise and marvel at its bustling marine life. Begin the day with convenient pickup from your hotel and a ride to the coast, where you're fitted with a life jacket and snorkel equipment. Enter the water and follow your guide out to the first of 2 prime snorkeling spots to begin your aquatic adventure. Paddle along the surface while gazing down at vibrant, rainbow-colored coral reef formations and schools of fish swimming all around you. After admiring the underwater scenery at your second snorkeling spot, make your way back to the shore and head to Puerto Morelos Fish Market, a beloved local restaurant and dig into a delicious meal of classic Mexican food before taking a ride back to your hotel.

1.00We actually didn't get to go because our transportation didn't arrive. After many attempts to call and message viator, with no response we requested a refund. Still no response. Very dissatisfied.

1.00This was terrible. We had 2 groups waiting for 2 hours for someone who never showed. No call, no what's app message, no email, no message. Called from personal and hotel phone and no answer. Called viator/trip advisor and they couldn't provide answers because the tour company would also not answer them. Completely wasted our morning and vacation time. Also, learn to dispute the charge because they have to "see" if they can refund you for none showing up for your tour.

4.00All in all a great afternoon. We saw 2 sea turtles, 2 manta rays and 1 reef shark. The guide was also very nice. The food could have been better. Unfortunately, we didn't like it. The tequila tasting was also very good. Very quality and delicious. But of course the best was the snorkeling.

4.00Pickup from resort was easy however didn’t find out exact time of pick up until evening before but got a detailed what’s app message with info. Driver and guide were not only on time but earlier for pickup which was great. Snorkeling was fun and very good guided. Bring a towel and either a backpack or dry bag

4.00Nice guide. Very humorous. Unmarked snorkeling. We saw sea turtles, barracudas and sharks. Okay, cafe with dining. Drinks excluded. Ended the tour in a souvenir shop, you don't need it. NOTE: $25 port charge per person is excluded in the price.
