In between we take time for a Swiss picnic, depending on the season also with raclette from our own farm cheese and regional products.
There are no memorized texts, but honest stories, Swiss warmth and an experience that remains personal.

Lake Lungern
A short stop at the idyllic Lungernsee nestled between gentle hills, lush green forests and imposing peaks. The turquoise lake is like a hidden gem in the middle of the Central Swiss Alps and invites you to pause. Here you can feel the tranquility that nature radiates a silent moment far from time.
Giessbach Falls
A magical place where the water cascades through the forest and reaches Lake Brienz with a roaring sound. The view of the falls, framed by the historic Grandhotel and nature, looks like from another time. A place to marvel and breathe.

5.00Our trip to Lauterbrunnen, Gimmewald, Lake Brienz etc. was amazing, and Fabian did a fabulous job enjoying it with us! It was one of my dreams to go to Rick Steve’s bench, and he took us there! Wonderful! He served as a member of us two snacks and a picnic lunch! I just cannot say enough good things about our travels with Fabian!

Communication and pick up in Zurich were seamless. From the outset, Fabian demonstrated exceptional professionalism, deep local knowledge, and an intuitive sense of pacing that made the entire day feel effortless yet richly rewarding. Traveling privately allowed us to avoid the typical crowds and move seamlessly between some of the most stunning locations in the Bernese Oberland. Our journey began with a visit to Lungern, where the turquoise lake and dramatic mountain backdrop set the tone for the day. It was an ideal introduction-peaceful, scenic, and perfectly timed to enjoy the morning light. We continued to Giessbach Waterfall, where cascading water meets Lake Brienz in a setting that feels almost cinematic. Fabian ensured we had time to explore and take photos. Lauterbrunnen Valley was a clear highlight, with its sheer cliffs and iconic waterfalls. Fabian provided just the right amount of context and history, enhancing the experience without overwhelming it. From there, we ascended to Mürren, a car-free alpine village offering sweeping views that are simply unforgettable. A particularly enjoyable stop was lunch in Stechelberg, right by the waterfall. The setting was both relaxed and spectacular, an ideal pause in the day that felt authentically Swiss rather than overly curated. Fabian provided a lovely lunch with local food, including some from his own farm. He even made raclette for us! We concluded in Iseltwald, a lakeside village near Interlaken, where the calm waters of Lake Brienz and the surrounding peaks provided a perfect closing scene. It was a thoughtful and well-paced finale to an already exceptional itinerary. What truly set this tour apart was Fabian himself-attentive without being intrusive, flexible with timing, and clearly passionate about sharing the region. His ability to tailor the experience, avoid crowded areas, and offer local insights elevated this from a standard tour to something far more personal and memorable. Our tour-guide Fabian took care of all the details including a picnic lunch al Murren that included local fruits ; cheese and even homemade dessert. I recommend this tour to families with small children for an easy pace and no rush to see the beauty of those areas.

5.00A spontaneous highlight of our Switzerland trip Switzerland wasn’t even part of our original plans. We decided pretty last-minute to spend a few days there. While browsing TripAdvisor, we came across Fabian’s tour, and from the very first message, everything felt easy and smooth. Quick replies, helpful suggestions, just super straightforward. We were a bit unsure about traveling in March because of the off-season, but honestly, it turned out to be an amazing day. Lauterbrunnen was absolutely stunning, and the cable car up to Mürren was a real highlight. The views over the Alps are just something else. What really made the experience special were the personal touches. Fabian’s stories along the way and the picnic with cheese from his own farm were simple but really memorable. All in all, a fantastic day without any fuss. We’d definitely do it again and can genuinely recommend it.

5.00A truly memorable day with stunning scenery throughout. Interlaken, a stop by Lake Brienz and Mürren with its incredible mountain views. Each Place was special in its own way. The picnic was so lovely prepared and fit perfectly into the surroundings. Fabian guided the day in a calm and pleasant way, sharing interesting insights without ever making it feel rushed. With such beautiful weather and amazing landscapes, it was an experience that will stay with me for a long time.

5.00What a beautiful day. Being on tour with Fabian never felt like a typical guided tour, but more like spending the day with someone who truly loves and knows the region. Lauterbrunnen and Mürren were absolutely stunning. The views of the mountains were incredible the entire time. Mürren was a real highlight. A small car free village with around 200 residents, moving at its own quiet pace high up in the mountains. It was special to see how people actually live up there, surrounded by such dramatic scenery. Lake Brienz and Lake Lungern were equally impressive, with clear turquoise water and carefully chosen viewpoints that never felt crowded. Everything was thoughtfully selected and beautifully organized. I would absolutely recommend this experience to anyone wanting to see a more authentic and scenic side of Switzerland.

5.00We really enjoyed this day and felt very comfortable throughout the tour. Fabian was a friendly and professional guide and everything was well organized without feeling rushed. The Mercedes vehicle was very comfortable and made the drives between stops easy and relaxing. Gimmelwald & Lauterbrunnen were beautiful, and it was nice to have enough time to enjoy both places. Going sledding was a fun and unexpected extra. Overall a very good experience and a great way to see this part of Switzerland. We would definitely recommend this tour!!

5.00We made a short stop in Switzerland before continuing our trip and were very happy we found Fabian’s tour. We chose the Lauterbrunnen tour and had a really lovely day with snowy mountains and beautiful views of the Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau. We especially enjoyed Gimmelwald and Interlaken, which were real highlights for us. The picnic in the snow was a nice surprise and the fondue with products from Fabian’s farm made it feel very personal. Fabian was a great guide, calm and attentive, and we never felt rushed. We could move at our own pace and simply enjoy the day. We would happily book this tour again.

5.00This tour was highly recommended to us by another couple and it turned out to be an absolutely perfect choice. Fabian showed us some of the most beautiful places in the Jungfrau Region. Mürren.was definitely our highlight, absolutely stunning and something we will never forget. Lauterbrunnen in winter was also incredibly specia, with frozen waterfalls that made the whole valley feel magical. At one point, Fabian surprised us with a Swiss picnic and freshly made raclette. It was simpel, delicious and really nice moment to slow down, enjoy the views and just take everthing in. This day was easily the highlight of our time in Switzerland. We would recommend this tour to anyone looking for an authentic and well organized experience.

We learned a great deal about the area and about everyday life in this beautiful country. He made us a picnic lunch with products from his own farm. It was delicious!!!
