45 min of fun in the sun on your Sea-Doo. Speed across the waters of the Laguna Madre in South Padre Island Texas.A Sea-Doo can hold up to 1 extra ride-along passenger purchased directly with us as long as the total weight does not exceed 350 lbs.
Per Texas State Law you must be born before September 1st, 1993, and provide a valid ID with a picture and date of birth at check-in.
If born after Sept. 1, 1993, you must be at least 18 years of age or older and provide a boater's certificate along with a valid ID

Additional Riders: Each Sea-Doo is able to hold 1 ride additional passengers ( Restrictions apply ) All passengers together cannot exceed the 350 lb ( 158 KG ) weight limit. Additional riders can only be booked directly through us.
Weight limit for single passenger 250 lbs ( 113 KG) Weight limit for double 350 lbs ( 158 KG)
There is no refund for customers that do not check in with the requirements.
Keep in mind: It is unlawful to operate while intoxicated (loss of mental or physical faculties, or blood alcohol content of .08 or higher).
What To Expect

Great Jet Ski Experience

5.00We rented jet skis from SPI Excursions twice on our trip and both times were really fun experiences. Troy explained everything thoroughly regarding how to operate the jet skis and the rules for riding. Large area of bay to travel on too and the jet skis were easy to handle. We had lots of fun!! Definitely recommend!!
The tour guides were very nice and made everyone feel safe. They gave thorough instructions and provided assistance.

1.00Do not book with them unless you are okay with being embarrassed and treated very unprofessional. They will allow you to go through the check in process, physically see what you and your partner look like and wait till you get to the back to get on the jet skis to ask in front of other couples how much you weigh combined with your partner and then proceed to question your partner on their weight by saying "I weigh that much" as if my partner was lying about his weight, they then proceed to tell you they are sorry but you cannot get on the jet skis because you and your partner max the weight limit and proceed to ask you to gather your belongings and head to the front. What was most embarrassing was me and my partner were the only couple asked and not the other 2 couples who mind you had big people getting on the jet skis too. I then asked for a refund because no other option was given to us like to get another jet ski so we both could ride our own, yes another was available, and was told no we would not get a refund because the weight limit was in the waiver we signed and we held up a spot someone else could have booked. I am all okay and understanding of their policies but being targeted, pointed out and embarrassed in front of others I cannot understand. Edit to add, my partner and I do not know how much we weigh we gave an estimate of what we thought we did, but we knew we weren't super big to be targeted like that.

2.00This experience was not as good as we had at a different water sports business there in South Padre Island. Our appointment was set for 1pm. We arrived at 1:05pm. They MADE us wait until 2:20 to go out. They keep several broken jet ski's out in the premises where we would get on the skis. The other customers and us were discussing that we did not want the one with a torn seat. It looked tacky and shows how they care/dont care about their business, let alone their customers. The owner, who is on the premises, a very tan, middle aged woman, is not welcoming or friendly. They taught us that when we want to sit still without moving straight, we are to not give it gas, and to turn our Stiring wheel to the left or right so that we can idle in a circle. This poor young man decides to do this, but he didnt realize that he was too close to a building. The jet ski barely touched the building and the owner screamed at him from the top of her lungs...HEY, WATCH OUT!! Then her male employee yelled at him too. Rather than asking, are you OK? They decided to yell at their paying customer. The jet ski did not have any damage and they knew this. The poor guy barely touched the building bc he quickly stopped it by quickly turning his steering wheel. There are other options for water activities. We've tried others there, but my husband made this appointment and I was OK with it bc we do like to give others a chance....never again. Bad customer service and tacky property.

5.00Was a nice way to burn a couple of hours. 45 minutes on the jet skis followed by a beer and a snack at the adjacent bar/restaurant. Just know if you take the kids, they have to be atleast 18 and take an on-line course to drive the jet ski. Tour guide guided us out to jet ski sight and let us loose. It was comforting the family to know he was keeping an eye on us just in case we had issues. And he even took some pics of us and texted to us after the ride which was an unexpected nice surprise. Worth the time and money.

5.00It was absolutely amazing, I’m someone who typically doesn’t like to be that deep in the ocean but whilst on the jet ski I felt no danger at all and after watching how the instructor rode his jet ski I just tried copying what he’d do and it all came naturally for me I was standing, laying down, making hard turns and everything at full speed having the time of my life, the instructor also went out of his way to get video recordings and photos of me and my partner while we were jet skiing which was really cool of him as well as him just being a really cool dude, the only negative part of the experience I could say which was more so my fault and I didn’t even notice till later on is be careful not the let the handlebars chafe on your skin while driving, had been aware of it though and readjusted how I was holding the handles it likely wouldn’t have happened, but the whole experience itself was AMAZING!
