Pico do Arieiro
At 1,818 metres above sea level, Pico do Areeiro is the third highest point on the island of Madeira. From this elevated location, the view is so vast that it allows observers to gaze out over the unique grandeur of the Madeira Mountain Range, with the Atlantic Ocean in the background.
With a total length of 4,09 km, it provides visitors with an immersive experience in the mountainous landscape of the south coast of the island of Madeira

5.00Miguel was a very nice and accommodating guide; he told us a lot about the island and also took care of alternatives when a stop on the tour did not work out. He took care of everything, so we did not have to worry about anything, not even our lunch. We would definitely do this full-day tour again!

5.00We did the full day East tour with Warriors Adventure led by our amazing guide Miguel. He was friendly, very engaging, proactively telling us about the stops but also about customs and life on the island. Highly recommend this side of the island for the dramatic scenery and relaxing vibe. Way better than hiring a car and trying to find the places (&parking!) yourself.

5.00I especially recommend Miguel, our guide. Punctual, drove safely, provided good explanations, and was friendly; you can tell he puts heart and soul into it. He knows the most beautiful parts of Madeira and adapts his route to the client's wishes. Had a delicious lunch at a restaurant on Miguel's recommendation. He even booked the restaurant for us.

Because the weather didn’t cooperate for hiking, he recommended a wonderful restaurant for lunch and even called ahead to reserve a table for us. Miguel navigated the narrow hilly roads with ease, taking us to some less crowded spots on the island where the sights were breathtaking. Definitely recommend booking your day with Warrior Adventures for a more memorable, personalized experience.
