The FlyBus was a great option for traveling between the airport and Reykjavik. The buses were clean and comfortable. We felt safe. Very easy to transfer from the bus terminal and the shuttle. I told my husband yesterday as we went from our shuttle to the airport bus..I feel like I’m in Switzerland, the operation just like clockwork. Very pleased. Highly recommend.

The best way to get from the airport to the hotel. Easy to book, quick, on time, friendly and helpful staff. We had to re book our tickets by email and and it was done smoothly, with quick replies by customer service. Highly recommended.

Easy and convenient. Best to get from airport to City center. And way cheaper than taking a private taxi.

Clean interior with seatbelts. Staff helped place our luggage under the bus. The drive was smooth. They gave clear directions when we arrived.

From pick-up and drop-off at the hotel a bit further from the center, to flexible hours (my flight arrived at 2:30am) and communication with their support line, everything worked perfect. 5 out of 5 ⭐!

Bus ride was easy to find. There is a counter near the exit within the airport building to purchase a ticket or redeem your voucher The bus was very comfortable The bus takes you to the bus station. One needs to get another ticket to get to your hotel destination at the airport counter Well worth it if you have a lot of luggage

After arriving at Keflavík Airport, my wife and I went through Passport Control, which took an hour. Afterwards, we followed the signage to baggage pickup and Customs checkpoint, walked past Customs checkpoint, followed signs to exit to Iceland, and saw the Flybus information booth. I didn’t have the e-ticket in my iPhone; however, the Flybus customer service representative found my invoice on her computer, gave me drop off tickets and we followed the Flybus signs to the bus. The bus took us to the BSI terminal in Reykjavik (about a 35-minute bus ride (11:30am to 12:05pm) where we transferred to another bus that took us to Bus Stop #9 near our hotel. Pretty smooth ride experience, and we highly recommend it if you’re spending several days visiting Reykjavik.

You follow the signs in the airport to the buses. They are all lined up and ready to go. Drops you at the Reykjavík bus station, which is an easy walk into downtown, even with a suitcase.
