Toured with Iain - he was super knowledgeable and made the tour interesting. The meeting point was easy to find. It was an extremely hot day and guide made sure we stopped in places with shade and we had a nice little break for water/snacks in the middle to cool down a bit. There was about 20 in the group but pace was good and care was made to ensure everyone kept up. It was a great way to spend a few hours in Munich - especially if you enjoy WWII history.

Great tour hosted by Jake. He was very knowledgeable and answered any questions. Thanks to the tour we learnt about the history of places and buildings we would have otherwise just walked past!

My wife and I had an excellent tour with Iain, who was incredibly knowledgeable about Munich Nazi history. Fabulous tour, even on a wickedly hot day. Iain, thank you, it was outstanding. We learned a TON!!

My tour guide Sam was excellent and had extensive knowledge of Munich and the NSDAP’s history. He was able to talk in depth about each location, its significance and also had photo evidence to show us as well. I thoroughly enjoyed the tour as a lover of history and having studied the regimes history in the past, and learnt a lot of new information. If you really enjoy the early formation of the Nazi regime and Munich’s history you will absolutely love this tour. It was very cool to check out some of the locations which we read and hear about, i.e. where the Munich Beer Hall Putsch occurred!

Iain was PHENOMINAL. This tour not only included visiting sites associated with key Nazi figures and events, but a great outline of the time period and context as to how such a group was able to attain power and the reactions of the German people. Even for someone who has read a lot of books on the subject, I came away learning a lot that I didn't know. This is a necessary tour for people of all ages and origins.

The tour absolutely started on time and I appreciate that our tour guide had us take the underground to the first stop since it was the hottest day in Munich's history. The tour guide knew his stuff extremely well and was very informative. One frustration for me was that our tour guide was not German. Reading the company's replies to previous reviews now, I see that Radius tours uses native English speakers on their English tours. I am glad to know this now but I was looking forward to hearing a German take or hearing from a German on the events. I think it is something the tour company could consider with how good the English is of most Germans - that people traveling from native English speaking countries might want to hear the perspective of Germans themselves.

Scott was very good leader. We had deeper understanding about the third Reich and associated places. The tour helped us making our Munich trip complete and satisfying.

Fabulous walking tour with Jake as our guide. The tour was quite informative and fun. Jake had a ton of knowledge that he shared and brought to life as we walked. We highly enjoyed his enthusiastic nature and would recommend the tour with conviction.
