Starting on the the bright and busy Doutonburi area we will learn about Glico man, a Filipino sprinter named Fortunato Catalon who inspired a nation and a company!
Dotombori District
Similar to Shibuya (its counterpart in Tokyo) the lights and sounds of Dotounburi often lead you astray to overly-commercialised restaurants with queues of tourists outside. We want to take our guests to places they would certainly miss without a local's guidance. We will take secret alleys, not long after we begin the tour, toward the shrine wedged out of sight from the average passerby.

5.00I was met by Jahmelah from Arigato Travel and did the Nightlife Osaka Street Food Private Evening Tour. It was fantastic. I loved every minute of the 3-4 hour tour of street food and night life. The food was delicious, fresh and interesting. The nightlife was fun and so educational about Japan! I highly recommend!

5.00Really enjoyed our tour with Matt O as a way to get familiar with the area and try out a number of new foods. The Taiyaki and Kushi Katsu were definitely highlights. Matt was very helpful with recommendations and historical information.

5.00We had a wonderful Osaka foodie tour with our informative guide Natsumi. She showed us various little known points of interest along the way. Natsumisan knew her away around to delicious food. She was very patient and calm when she waited in a line to get our dessert from an outdoor vendor too. Sorry we took so long to write review. We misplaced the business card and the email must have gone to our spam folder. Gomennasai! In any event, you will enjoy this tour!

5.00The tour was excellent. We sampled all different kinds of Japanese food and drink. Kevin our guide was great. He is originally from England and is fluent in Japanese. He was very knowledgeable and took us to an amazing local sushi restaurant. I would highly recommend this tour.
