The building itself feelsbvery iconic, safe, and professional. We really enjoyed the Shanghai museum which is located in ground floor. It's get very busy on the upper decks but it is a top tier landmark so you expect that.

Take the elevator to the main deck at 263 meter, there you will find a 360-degree observation deck plus a transparent walk around the tower. You can go even higher to the space capsule at 350 meters, this however isn't really worth it unless you want to learn a bit about space and see some space pictures.
