GPS-Enabled Audio Guide System

Our tour features an automatic audio guide system available in Japanese, English, Chinese, French, Korean, Vietnamese, and Thai. The system uses GPS to track the bus's location and automatically delivers sightseeing information in three languages based on the current location. It adjusts to changes in road conditions, such as traffic, ensuring accurate and timely guidance.

Kindly verify your meeting point in advance and check in 20-40 minutes prior to the departure time. Upon arrival, please check in with the staff and wait with the group. Please stay attentive as the group will be moving on to the bus 10~5 minutes before the departure time.

Please adhere to the scheduled time, as we cannot accommodate delays or wait for any reason. The tour will depart promptly as scheduled to respect everyone’s time. Refunds will not be issued for late arrivals or arrivals at the wrong location, even if contact is made prior to departure.

This tour will operate rain or shine, with cancellations only occurring in extreme weather conditions, such as typhoons. We recommend checking the weather forecast independently in advance, as any changes or cancellations will follow our policy.(If it rains, the open top may be closed.)

Tour schedules may be subject to minor time changes or adjustments without prior notice due to weather, road traffic conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

The meeting point is a paid facility. Open-Top Bus customers can use the facilities free of charge starting 40 minutes before their departure. For usage outside this time frame, please be prepared to pay the facility fee and check the details on the day of your visit.

The meeting point is a shared space with other general users. We kindly ask for your cooperation in maintaining proper etiquette and order while using the facilities.

This is not a hop-on, hop-off tour.

Regarding luggage, we allow one piece of luggage per person during the excursion. Please also ensure that the luggage is manageable and fits comfortably within our vehicle. Please also be aware that any items stored in the trunk will not be accessible in between stops on the tour, so keep all valuables with you.
