We will harvest the most popular Okinawan herb, Gettou Leaves (Shell Ginger Leaves), distill and make herbal water. We will also achieve tiny bit of essential oil from it too. This workshop is quite educational which offers knowledge of aroma chemicals of natural plants. All you need to do is to harvest the leaves and cut, so it's also suitable for kids and aged. Ideal activity for rainy day too. The herbal water (approx 200ml total per group) could be used as room sprays and cosmetic water. It smells fresh and green, a little citrus like ginger.
