In a unique territory you can admire beautiful landscapes, the route winds through ancient villages and places full of history. The stops in a cellar of ancient origins and in an oil mill where oils are still produced using artisanal methods make this experience unique.
After the visit to the underground cellars of the Salviano Castle, we will taste the noble wines and local products in an ancient, noble, medieval environment.
The tasting of extra virgin olive oils on typical bruschetta accompanied by olive and truffle pâté is truly particular, original and surprising. Thus we understand how many varieties of oils exist, their characteristics, combinations, blends or monocultures, suitable for different palates, combinations and tastes.

Let's go and visit this old oil mill, and after the oil museum we will see how an excellent oil is produced. Then we will start the tasting of excellent extra virgin olive oils, both blend and monoculture, accompanied by bruschetta and olive patè. All accompanied by locally produced wines. A unique experience of its kind
Tenuta di Salviano
We begin with a visit to the ancient cellars in the basement of the Castle which dates back to before the year 1000, built by the noble French family of MonteMarte, then purchased by the Corsini princes and now owned by the Marquises Incisa della Rocchetta. After the tour of the cellar we take a seat in an ancient room for the tasting of the excellent wines produced here. An expert will guide us in the visit and then in the tasting, in this way we will be able to fully appreciate the wines together with the bruschetta with cold cuts and cheeses that perfectly accompany this food and wine experience

5.00Biking in the umbria countryside was a highlight of our trip to Italy. The views were gorgeous and the oil and wine tastings were delicious and interesting. Paolo was a charming and informative guide. We highly recommend this tour for a memorable day.
Wonderful Experience in the Orvieto Countryside

5.00We had a great experience with Paolo. He picked us up right on time in front of the train station and drove us to the countryside to pick up the bikes and off we went! We rode over 20 miles up and down the Orvieto hills stopping at an archeological site, an olive oil tasting, and a great panoramic viewpoint where we had a break and had an espresso. We then got back into the van and drove over to do a wine tasting, which was also fabulous. It was definitely a workout, but it was a great experience and will recommend to all my friends.

5.00Paulo and Luigi led us on a great ride through the hills and country roads north of Orvieto. They went out of their way to make our group of 5 enjoyed this excellent experience. First time on an E Bike and 3 days later I we were on another in the hills above Florence. Great for all levels of riders and you learn to appreciate the battery! Thank you Paulo and Luigi!
