This was the highlight of our stay! We were a group of 4 and no one else was on our tour. Andrew was delightful. He was friendly knowledgeable and took us on a tour of the sights and a selection of colleges. We were told many historical facts and also shown Aslan from Narnia Highly recommend this tour.

What a treat! Andrew was entertaining and informative. He provided great insights into the City, colleges and other institutions we visited, had terrific anecdotes, and was so knowledgeable. Especially loved visiting the Divinity School, Bodleian Library and Blackwell's Bookshop.

Andrew was a delightful guide who took my wife and me on on a tour of several colleges and libraries. He has genuine insight into the history of the area and is well versed in the workings of the University system and its colleges. I never got the feeling he was simply going from a rehearsed script. Time well spent.

Really enjoyed our tour, went around the main sites including an amazing “hidden” book store and even managed to go into one of the colleges. Andrew was very informative and relaxed so we didn’t feel at all rushed and could ask him anything.

Nick led a group of 6 of use on a private walking tour of Oxford. He was incredibly knowledgeable and we had a fantastic time with him. Nick showed us the big sights, but also the small little details that we wouldn't have known to even look for. With his contacts he was also able to take us into some colleges and gardens that we wouldn't otherwise have had access to. We all thoroughly enjoyed the tour and would highly recommend Nick and Escape to Oxford. He was entertaining, very patient with our questions, and also just a thoroughly nice chap.
