5.00Amazing immersion experience The location can be a bit hard to find, but when you enter the cellar you experience its old world charm and ambiance. Our host was very attentive and entertaining. The fusion menu was more than we could eat and plenty to drink.

A chef-inspired private dinner where the chef interacts with guests to describe each course and the taste experience he hoped guests would have. Four creative, delicious food courses with wine pairings. Fun to meet new people and share a dinner with them. Chef Jean Yves is a wonderful host and a terrific chef - highly recommend!

5.00Food was phenomenal. The chef and sous chef were fantastic. The chef's gastronomic knowledge and exciting personality made the time spent refreshing. Great ambience. The majority of the group stayed an extra hour or more after the experience was over because the chef was so entertaining and the food was so good.
