Leave from your Nairobi Hotel or the airport in the morning and drive through the central Kenya highlands to Nyeri town the base of the Aberdares Ranges. Have lunch at the Outspan Lodge before leaving for the Treetops Lodge, in the early afternoon. The night is spent on your comfortable perch, above the floodlit water hole and saltlick where, all night long, a procession of animals come to drink. Dinner and overnight at a Treetops Lodge.

5.00The experience was absolutely wonderful. Our guide Kandie was highly experienced in tracking animals, and you could tell he truly loves them. The sunrise and starry sky in Amboseli, the warm hospitality at Sopa in Naivasha, and the incredible wildlife in the Maasai Mara have left me with unforgettable memories

Every detail was taken care of, allowing us to truly relax and enjoy the journey. A special mention goes to our guide, Martin, who was an absolute gentleman and a true professional. His knowledge, patience, and passion for wildlife made a huge difference to our experience. He genuinely tried his best at every opportunity to spot animals for us, often going the extra mile to ensure we didn’t miss a thing. Thanks to his efforts, we had some truly memorable wildlife sightings and unforgettable moments. Overall, this was a perfectly organized trip with seamless logistics, breathtaking landscapes, and amazing wildlife experiences. 5.00Our adventurous journey took us to incredible sights: a baby elephant drinking from the river, giraffes strolling under the sunset, zebras risking their lives to cross the river, and the thrilling moments of lions hunting at night. Our guide, James, was exceptional at finding the perfect spots to view the animals and knowing the best angles for photos. He took such great care of us, making sure we didn’t have to worry about anything. We joked that he was like our father, always looking out for us and taking care of everything.

5.00This trip was one of the best I have ever been on. It was a such a beautiful experience to encounter animals in their natural environment. I couldnt recommend this company enough, my tour guide was Lucas and he was amazing; very thoughtful, knowledgeable, funny and professional. I did the Lake Nakuru and Maasai Mara safari for 4 days which was amazing. I researched many companies before choosing and Explorer Kenya had consistent and excellent communication with the many questions I had, they seem to provide an excellent variety of trips and I prefer the types of vehicles used. I am extremely happy with their service. Also to add as a solo traveller I got a really personalised experience which meant I could decide which areas / animals to focus on.

5.00Hello everyone, we are from China, and our itinerary is approximately 9 days, with 6 days for Safari and the other 3 days spent by the sea in Mombasa. It can be said that during Safari's days, we had a very good tour guide, which was Alex. He was very humorous and patient, with eagle like eyes to find the animals. The 6 days we spent together were very happy. I really look forward to meeting Alex again. In contrast, the three-day itinerary in Mombasa is very routine, with sunshine, beach, and a comfortable atmosphere. The hotel room service is very good, but there were some misunderstandings when arranging snorkeling activities, but the travel agency solved them very well. This travel agency was carefully selected by us before our trip. Their service, itinerary, and hotel selection were all excellent. Although there was a time difference between China and Africa, they replied to our emails the fastest. I hope everyone can choose this travel agency without hesitation after reading the message.

5.00We had a fantastic trip and our driver James was brilliant on the safari. He found all the BIG 5 for us which was a real special experience. He is an expert tour guide and a safe driver. We had the best experience with him and would have no hesitation in booking him the next time.
