We recently experienced the Agios Nikolaos, Spinalonga, Plaka, and Olive Oil Tour with Mike, and it was truly memorable. Mike was an incredibly knowledgeable guide who shared fascinating insights throughout our journey. Although Spinalonga was closed due to the season, we enjoyed a wonderful lunch in Plaka, savoring local flavors and hospitality. The Olive Oil Tour turned out to be the highlight of our trip. We learned in detail about the intricacies of olive oil production on Crete, from cultivation to pressing and tasting. Mike ensured we had plenty of stops for breathtaking views, allowing us to fully appreciate the landscape. Our adult children especially valued the time Mike took to explain the rich history of Crete, making the day both educational and enjoyable for our whole family.
