What To Expect
When you exit Customs & Quarantine please look for our arrivals desk on your left as you pass through the exit hall. Our driver or tour guide will be there with your name on a whiteboard or on a sheet of paper. After confirming your transfers details, our staff will give you a chilled bottle of Vanuatu water and local shell necklace. If you miss our rep, just ask at Air Vanuatu’s service desk or Virgin’s office at the airport for Atmosphere or call us. In any event our bus(es) will be outside in the terminal car park – our buses bear the distinctive Atmosphere signage (see product photo for image of our bus).

4.00Tour company provided clear pick up instruction prior to my arrival which I met with the staff at arrival hall without issue. The car was clean and comfortable. However the worst thing was to make the few of us waited in the car for over 30 min without any explanation. The time could make the driver able to drop us to the hotels and back to airport to pick up the delayed group. Because of that i almost missed the closing time of the museum and all money exchange closed by that time.

2.00We were met at the airport Monday 27th April on time & luggage loaded into the trailer. First stop was an Island terminal in town. Second was us but only one of our bags were there. The other bag had been dropped at the previous stop. They said they'd pick it up & bring it back, they didn't. After many phone calls & 24 hours later Atmosphere still hadn't delivered my bag. Atmosphere had no interest in helping me even though it was clearly their mistake. A staff member from our Island Resort kindly went & picked up my bag for me.

5.00After our flight was delayed by almost 4 hours, we were stressed that we had missed our transport. As we came through customs, there was a welcoming staff member with our name on a large print list of passengers they were waiting for. It was such a relief. They were welcoming both to the country and their service.
