Our SkyPass agent will expedite you through Passport Control via a designated line, direct you to your luggage carousel for retrieval of your checked baggage; expedite you through Customs Control and escort you to your transportation provider.

5.00I was rushing to meet other friends on an excursion soon after I arrived. I debated if I should buy the service or not and decided to get it just in case. Turns out that while my plane was early, 2-3 other planes before mine were delayed and arrived right before. The line to get through customs was long. Most likely 45+ minutes. With my pass, I walked right up to customs and had one person ahead of me (compared to hundreds). The staff were very friendly and helpful. They made me feel comfortable and joyful to start my vacation off right. It was absolutely worth paying for the pass. And I made it to the excursion on time with time to spare. Thank you!

1.00Waste of money!! We were told at least 5 times a our prepaid taxi was requested for us. 1.5 hours later we would told "better hurry, there it is", then after a 15 minute discussion with the driver we were told to wait again. Do not waste your money on sky pass, they do not ensure quick departure from airport. Arrive at airport before 3pm and arrived to hotel near 5pm.

2.00This was recommended to us by friends to get through the immigration lines quickly upon arrival. I’m sure that on certain days and times it’s worth it, but when our family flew in on a Tuesday afternoon, the lines were wide open. It probably saved us about 5 minutes. Definitely not worth $76 per person when we used it.

5.00Worth every penny, especially traveling with children. It’s a long day of travel and moving right thru immigration and to our transport to the resort was nothing short of amazing. The airport was crowded and hot and we did not stand in a line. Second time we used this service and it was worth it every time.
