We had a fantastic bike tour and would highly recommend it as a brilliant introduction to Amsterdam. Our guide, Elena, was superb — friendly, knowledgeable and made the whole experience really enjoyable. It was a great way to get our bearings, see the highlights of the city on arrival, and help decide how we wanted to spend the next few days. Unfortunately, we’d booked during some pretty torrential rain, but the team were excellent — they contacted us in advance to offer the option of moving to a different tour with a better weather forecast and even offered us the chance to come back and do it again another day afterwards. They also came well prepared with waterproof ponchos, which made a huge difference. The bikes were all in great condition, the office was easy to find, and all the staff were really friendly and welcoming. A lovely experience despite the weather

It was really nice and the tour was not too long. Not boring at all and we learned a lot about Amsterdam. Skip was our guide and he was really nice and made a nice atmosphere for the group. The group was not too big.
