It was good experience. It was going to be lot better if there were more options to get back instead of being limited to one and only option. Lots of rocks on the beach. Water had weird smell. Food was fine. But as l mentioned above, you feel stuck for 6 hours because there is not much to be seen.

Very fun park, with unlimited food and drinks. Lots of flamingos to see and interact with. The private beach is also very pleasant. I was expecting more water rides, though.

The experience was ok. I think if you’re going with kids/teenagers it makes the experience worth it. There are a lot of options in activities like snorkeling, water slides, splash pads, etc. However, the beach area was very small, rundown and had a lot of bird poop on the beach chairs. It was also super rocky so water shoes are a must. The workers serving the food and drinks were not friendly at all. Also, if you want to be with the flamingos you have to pay an additional fee. If you’re traveling by with your partner just do Renaissance Island instead.

This trip was a huge disappointment and definitely not worth the price. The problems started right from the beginning when they crammed around 50 people into a small boat for transportation, making the ride uncomfortable and overcrowded. Once on the island, we discovered there were no beach towels available, which is unacceptable for an all-inclusive experience. The biggest disappointment was the flamingos. If you want to get close to them, you have to pay an additional €65 per person because they are kept in a separate restricted area. To access them, you must reserve and pay extra for a cabana. You are not really allowed to interact with them freely or take the photos you would expect. The facilities were in very poor condition. The toilets were dirty, and many areas around the island looked neglected and unclean. The food was terrible, mostly greasy fried items and some very unappetizing salads, meat. To make matters worse, the staff were unfriendly and seemed uninterested in helping guests. Customer service was poor throughout the entire visit. Overall, I would not recommend it and would not visit again. Save your money and choose a different excursion.

Beach was bizarrely bad, but food was good and transport also good, so I give 3 stars. Next time

I called your customer service phone number and complained about your employee at the grill. I was told someone would call me back but I never received a follow up call. I didn’t get her name but she was a short, light brown skinned woman working at the grill on Saturday May 23, 2026, not sure if she was a native of Aruba or possibly Hispanic decent. Before the grill opened, I asked her for directions to the lunch buffet and she was very cold and unfriendly. She rudely pointed and said “ITS OVER THERE!” as if I was bothering her. After the grill opened, I went to get a drink. I said hello and she clearly didn’t want to say greet me back. Very minimal effort, straight face, no smile, barely said hello as if someone was forcing her to interact with me. I asked her if one of the drinks on the menu was sweet and she quickly said yes, poured liquid into a cup and handed it to me. I didn’t see her add any alcohol to the drink. It seems like she just poured the mix and rudely gave me the cup. Her attitude left a bad taste in my mouth and needs to be addressed. I will also be posting this review on Google. It seemed as though she didn’t want to be there and if that’s the case, she should find a new job. Being rude and dismissive to paying customers is completely unacceptable and I will let social media and loved ones know about this.

We had such a great day at De Palm Island! The all-inclusive package was definitely worth it. There were so many activities included, and there was never a dull moment. The food was really good with plenty of options throughout the day, and everything was very organized and clean. This is the perfect spot for families and kids because there are so many fun things to do for all ages. Between the water activities, snorkeling, and relaxing areas, everyone in our group had a great time. The excursions and amenities included for the price made it an amazing value. I would absolutely recommend De Palm Island to anyone visiting Aruba looking for a fun all-inclusive day trip!

Bus pick up was on time. Check in was efficient and easy. The boat ride to the island was fast. My friends and I booked a private cabana and it really was private, apart from other groups which was nice. We also had waiters come around to fulfill our drink orders/pick up our dirty cups which was convenient. Plenty of food and drink options that were actually pretty good and hot — tasted better than my resort food. There were lots of activities to do — banana boat, snorkeling, obstacle course on the water, water slides, water park, snuba-ing (for an extra cost). They have flamingos that walk amongst the cabanas, turtles, iguanas and crabs. Bathrooms were extremely clean which I appreciated. All the staff were friendly and fun. Boat ride back to the buses was quick and there was a bus waiting for us to take us back to our resort. Would recommend this tour if you’re looking for something different to do for the day, however, I would say it doesn’t offer much more than my resort besides the banana boat and water obstacle course.

Very recommended to go there if you visit Aruba for the first time. If you rent a car, go there by yourself, the parking place is very big enough. All staff are nice and gentle, feel free to ask any questions to the staff if it’s needed, they will surely help you out. And if you want to snorkel, there are also equipments for you. Even if you’re not a swimmer you can do snorkeling, it is very save there. Something to be careful is the sun, because I have burnt myself. Don’t forget to apply sunscreen or put a towel over your shoulder if you are waiting in a queue for a activity. Swimming goggles is definitely needed for the banana boat. Overall I have a really good experience there.
