What To Expect
PLEASE CREATE SEPARATE BOOKING FOR RETURN TRIP. THIS IS FOR ONE WAY ONLY Airport Arrivals: You will receive an email confirmation outlining the service details. Once you would have cleared Customs and immigration, please proceed to the exit of the terminal. Your chauffeur will then greet you at the exit of the terminal with your name on a sign. Once in car, You will be offered water, soft drinks or adult beverages depending on the vehicle booked. Your chauffeur will take a scenic route to your destination. You also have the option to stop to a grocery or liquor store for a 30 minutes complimentary. Because the grocery store stop is not automatic; AT THE TIME OF PICK UP PLEASE ADVISE THE CHAUFFEUR IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO STOP AT A STORE. THIS COMPLIMENTARY STORE STOP IS NOT GUARANTEED ON PUBLIC HOLIDAYS OR AFTER STORE HOURS OF 8PM MON-SAT and 1PM ON SUNDAYS. Upon arrival to your destination, the chauffeur will assist you with your luggage and any passengers needing additional care exiting the vehicle. Cruise Port Pick ups: You will receive an email confirmation outlining the service details. Your chauffeur will greet you at the exit of the terminal main gates with your name on a sign. Once in car, You will be offered water, soft drinks or adult beverages depending on the vehicle booked. Your chauffeur will take a scenic route to your destination. Upon arrival to your destination, the chauffeur will assist you with your luggage and any passengers needing additional care exiting the vehicle. Vehicle Dash Cam Disclosure For the safety and security of all passengers and the vehicle, we would like to inform you that our vehicles are equipped with both front and rear-facing dash cameras. These cameras are installed to enhance the safety measures and to record and capture images during the vehicle's operation. The dash cams are utilized to: Record Video: Both front and rear dash cams continuously record video footage while the vehicle is in operation. Capture Images: In addition to video recording, the cameras also take still pictures intermittently. The recorded footage and images are solely used for safety, security, and incident investigation purposes. Please note that the information gathered by these cameras will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and will only be accessed in case of accidents, disputes, or situations requiring investigation. 1.00Well, it wasn't a good experience. They texted us multiple times to say they were waiting for us and being there kept saying we were in line at the normal amount of Line time to get out of the airport when we come out of the airport no car then we get told our driver had to leave and a new driver would come. I could've got a taxi for way less and got to the hotel way faster. I kind of picked up another car from another company and got treated. Better stood outside in the heat and Son for quite a while before a car finally came to come get us. I would not recommend this company at all for $200. Do you think they would have a car waiting on you.
The driver was very professional and knowledgeable.

5.00Prompt, friendly service. Nice vehicles. Due to time constraints we were unable to stop at store on the way to the resort. However, another driver arrived shortly after for that portion of the trip.

5.00Everything was as expected. Someone met us out side of baggage claim, driver arrived moments later, door to door service, even stopped at an ATM for us! We will definitely book on the way home! Oh and we also placed this reservation 2 hours before landing, but they had no issues serving us!!!
