What To Expect
THIS IS A ROUND TRIP BOOKING Airport Arrivals: You will receive an email confirmation outlining the service details. Once you would have cleared Customs and immigration, please proceed to the exit of the terminal. Your chauffeur will then greet you at the exit of the terminal with your name on a sign. Once in car, You will be offered water, soft drinks or adult beverages depending on the vehicle booked. Your chauffeur will take a scenic route to your destination. You also have the option to stop to a grocery or liquor store for a 30 minutes complimentary. Upon arrival to your destination, the chauffeur will assist you with your luggage and any passengers needing additional care exiting the vehicle. Cruise Port Pick ups: You will receive an email confirmation outlining the service details. Your chauffeur will greet you at the exit of the terminal main gates with your name on a sign. Once in car, You will be offered water, soft drinks or adult beverages depending on the vehicle booked. Your chauffeur will take a scenic route to your destination. Upon arrival to your destination, the chauffeur will assist you with your luggage and any passengers needing additional care exiting the vehicle. Airport Departures: You will receive an email confirmation outlining the service details. Please be at the bell desk of your hotel at the time of pick up. Your chauffeur will advise the hotel bellman of your name and the bellman will call the chauffeur up once you have identified yourself to the bellman. For non hotel pick ups, the chauffeur will either ring the gate or door bell or call/ text you to announce his/her arrival. The chauffeur will then load up your luggage and provide assistance to any passenger requiring special care to enter and exit the vehicle. Your chauffeur will take the scenic route and drop you off to the airport in a timely manner. Cruise Ship Returns: You will receive an email confirmation outlining the service details. Please be at the bell desk of your hotel at the time of pick up. Your chauffeur will advise the hotel bellman of your name and the bellman will call the chauffeur up once you have identified yourself to the bellman. 5.00Outstanding service from pick up at NAS to drop off at our hotel and the return trip. Our flight was delayed and staff was so accommodating and checked in on us to make sure we were arriving safely. It was a worry-free experience. Elvis was our driver on the initial arrival and Chucky was our driver back to the airport. I would highly recommend Simon's Transports. We were scheduled for a store stop but we arrived too late; however, the company was willing to accommodate the next day. This was going above and beyond and much appreciated. Professional, friendly and welcoming. Would definitely use again when in Nassau. Thank you for accommodating and making our travels stress free.

5.00My experience with Simon's Transports was excellent from pickup to drop off. Our first driver was a wiz and got us to/from the airport and grocery store in record time. Our return driver was the best! He waited patiently and then made sure we made our flight despite being over an hour late for pick up. Simon's is truly all about customer service and were very responsive when I called their switchboard. I cannot recommend them higher.

5.00We used Simon's Tranports to our resort and back to the airport. Our driver, Civian, was fantastic. He was knowledgable about the area. He stopped at the grocery and liquor stores on our way to the resort. We requested to have Civian to be our driver back to the airport. We received great service. On time. Clean car. It was perfect!!

5.00Absolutely fantastic! We easily found the airport attendant right away. She gave us a complimentary upgrade for our ride to the hotel. Our drive gave us some tips on local places to eat and get the feel for the way locals cook. The drive from the hotel to the airport was just as simple. They were there a few minutes before the pickup time I selected. When I return to the Bahamas, this is the car service I will be using!

4.00Overall the experience was excellent. Clean vans, friendly drivers and on time. My only issue is with the price. We used Simon’s three times. The trips were very short, but very costly. I felt taken advantage of, but didn’t want the hassle of a different company. Again, great service, not so great prices.

5.00We reserved Simons Transportation months in advance for round-trip to / from the airport in Nassau to downtown a week apart, and for round-trip on a given day to Atlantis and return. The booking was easy, they replied timely to a number of my questions, their confirmation process was smooth and they communicated regularly leading up to and during our trip. We were reminded via Email of a trip the day before, and then the morning of a trip we were texted who our driver was by name and given his cell #. The drivers for all 4 trips were there before our scheduled time, were dressed professionally (white shirts, vests & ties) and were helpful with local suggestions, and friendly with our entire group. This is a top-notch organization.

5.00Strongly recommend! Relied on Simon's for my group of 7. They were early for all pick-ups, friendly, engaging with the kids (4 kids under 10 years old), and made sure we were totally covered at drop-off points before departing. Also, communication (both via email and text) prior to pick-ups was easy and super responsive, even when one round of flights was delayed 2 hours. Nothing but positive things to say about Simon's.
