The minimum age to join the Tour is 14 years old, and children need to be accompanied by an adult. For those under the age requirement, we offer e-bikes suitable for children.
Minimum weight for Segway riders is 45 kg (100 lbs) and the maximum is 120 kg (265 lbs)
The tour itinerary may vary due to street closures or demonstrations on the day of the Tour.
In case of customer delay, the activity will be reduced based on the time lost, which may cause a change in the fixed route. The activity will be canceled if the delay is greater than 15 minutes and the amount paid will not be refunded.
The tour operates in all weather conditions, so please dress appropriately for the season you're traveling in. If it rains, we provide raincoats. In the event of severe weather, we will offer the option to reschedule for an alternative date and time.

5.00We made the tour of Montjuic in private which is great. Our guide Elisa was great, she knows Barcelona very well and gave us anecdotes about the city. I recommend this tour and visit with Elisa.

5.00We really enjoyed our 3-hour tour of Barcelona. Learning to ride a Segway was surprisingly easy. Our guide gauged the skill and confidence of every participant and tailored the tour accordingly. The equipment and briefings were of a high standard, and the cycle lanes in Barcelona are excellent for this. I recommend this to any family as a great way to see Barcelona and have fun together.

5.00Our first day in Barcelona started with access to Hop On Hop Off Tour, which was helpful to get a 30K foot perspective of the city. But it all came together and truly elevated our day when we connected with Max w/ Barcelona Sun & Segway. Max trained and refreshed us to the operations of the Segway, then led us on an amazing 3 Hour Tour covering what seem to be the entire southern section of the city. He shared his knowledge and love for his city as if we were family. He revealed hidden parks, museums and dining spots where locals dine. Do not hesitate to book your Segway Tour, it will be a highlight of your trip as it was for ours.
