Our guide was a man named Barry. He was fantastic. A bus picked us up at the ship and dropped us in center city. Barry walked us to all the restaurants and shops. He was very interested, nice and funny. The food, drinks and shopping was out of this world. I highly recommend it.

We were a total group of 12 people, not including Craig, our guide and his kiddo, Grace. I was part of a group of 8 from Canada and there were two other couple from a Vikings Cruise. I believe part of our success was the small group size. We started at Belfast city hall. I would recommend bringing a raincoat and umbrella, as the weather is ever changing in Belfast. We made five food stops, but several other picture and history stops along the way. Craig is just a lovely person, who is clearly passionate about food and the city of Belfast, which is an amazing combo. We tried some things I’d never had before, including raw oysters. No one felt pressured that they had to eat any of the food, but some people felt adventurous and tried new things. The length was reasonable for a food tour, as I personally hate the idea of trying to eat a ton of food in just an hour. Ours lasted at least 4 hours. And the walking in between location helped with digestion. I highly recommend to anyone who loves food and really wants to get a feel for the city to take this tour. This was my first food tour ever and from now on the bar is very high. Great value for the price of admission Warm and welcoming atmosphere Excellent group size I would do it again when I return to Belfast in the future.
