4.00If was the first time using the shuttle service and didn't know what to expect. The driver was waiting at the exit holding a welcome sign with our names. We approached the driver and was greeted and given instructions on what was next and where to wait. The driver was courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. It was a safe and pleasant ride to our destination. The vehicle was also comfortable and adequate for us and our luggage. Good first time experience.

5.00Solo weekend in Belize, i used this company for arrival and departure. Fast communication through the viator app and had a staff member waiting with a sign that had my name at the airport and water taxi terminal. Great service and friendly staff.
