Very good overall experience. Original tour was booked many months ago and the day before we were due to take the tour we were fortunate enough to receive a message from the operator that the tour at 10am no longer operated, but the tour now operated at 2.15pm. Tour was very informative and gave a very good overview of the international area on the air conditioned coach. The "train" tour of the old city showed the amazing architecture and character of that area. Rather disappointed that the tour offered a 45 minute stop at the Cathedral in the Old City, but the actual train ride did not stop to allow guests to get off to visit the cathedral.

The experience is great at a very relaxed pace but travelers should be aware that whilst you pass a lot of places but you do not stop at all of them to be able to take pictures but the tour is great value. An all in one tour, perfect.

Our tour guide, Gabriel was a wealth of information and we learned a lot about the United Nations and it's history. The mini train ride was relaxing and a good way to get an overview of the Old City. The boat ride was beautiful and the captain provided some charcuterie and beverages which were much needed by then.

Not well organised, no contact details provided, so literally had to ask every bus parked there which one is ours. Not value for money, they only stopped at broken chair and could not take any photo in any other location. Moreover, train ride was also very short and never stopped for any attractions.

Guide on the bus was very entertaining and informative. Guide in the little train spoke too softly. Would have preferred first guide throughout.

Great tour to get you started on Geneva, get a feel for the layout and the landmarks, and sit down during most of it ( this is great if you’ve been on vacation and doing a ton of walking). I loved the little train ride though the Old Town - we’d already been through Old Town on foot, it was great to get a chance to ride slowly through it and take it in

Communication was lacking. Directions for meeting spot were not clear. Customer service was horrible. Honestly, we saw the spots on the itinerary ourselves and googled the history. Look at other reviews before spending money on this company.

Beautiful visit of the city of Geneva with a very voluble guide. Accurate in details and anecdotes. We enjoyed these shared moments, in fact we were a very small group ( 4 ) it was almost tailor-made .

City tour short and devoid of geographical and historical content. It does not measure up to others previously contracted with Viator besides being expensive for what is offered.
