Our bikes are of the highest quality in the whole city, high performance hybrid bicycles from the likes of TREK and Giant. A wide array of colors and sizes are available!
Prime location- located just a block from the park, you will be on your way immediately after being fitted with your bike!
Fun for the whole family! We have children's bikes, tag-alongs, trailers, and baby seats available so everyone can enjoy a ride through the park!
Hop on, hop off! You and your party can pick up the bikes and drop them off at any of our 12 locations throughout the city!
Safety net- we have a dedicated response team that can repair or replace any bike, just in case anything goes wrong.

What To Expect
Renting a bike and independently exploring New York City is a low-cost, practical, memorable activity — and fun for all ages. Central Park alone is 843 acres of beauty. See the many examples of iconic art and sculpture, famous buildings and architecture, popular film and movie scene locations, and much more. Visit Strawberry Fields, Cherry Hill, Tavern on the Green, Bethesda Terrace and Fountain, Onassis Reservoir, Cleopatra’s Needle, the Dakota, the Alice in Wonderland statue and more. Sightseeing in New York City by bike at any pace desired provides an easy way to see more. Other nearby world-famous attractions include the Metropolitan Museum of Art (The MET), Times Square, and the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA). Tandem bikes (built for two people) may be provided if available — although not guaranteed, and are counted as two bicycles. It is also possible to rent a bike from one location and drop it off at another location (details provided at time of pick-up). Bike rental and bikes are appropriate for all ages and skill levels, and one adult 18 or over must be present and responsible. Adult bikes, child bikes, child trailers, and child seats are all available. Bike baskets are available. Rentals include helmet(s), lock(s) and map(s) free of charge. Helmet(s) are optional for those 14 yo and older. Customer can reschedule their booking for any reason at no additional cost.

4.00Everyone was very nice and helpful. Their service was wonderful! I made the mistake of not knowing my way around Central Park or the neighborhoods. I was not aware that when I reserve the bikes, the bike shop was a few blocks away from Central Park. I assumed that the bike shop was in central park or right next to it. Because I did not feel comfortable having my kids ride through traffic to get to Central Park, I asked for a refund/cancellation when we arrived at the store. The employee was very nice and told me about the companies closer location. We walked to that location and rented our bikes from that place. There are different locations to ranger bicycles. In the future we will rent at the location either right in the park, or right next to the park. Again, I did not know that there were different locations and was not familiar with the area. I assumed renting bikes in Central Park meant that the bikes would be in Central Park, not a few blocks away. Now I know. They were very accommodating to us. Thank you.

1.00The company has “barkers”out at every corner. Looking to rent bikes. I had The New York Pass for my five day stay. Looking for the location of bike rental which came with the pass. He showed me brochure with the New York Pass clearly written in the NYC Bike Rental info. Great ..... so aggressively he led my daughter and I away from where we were. Several blocks away to the location. Taking up a lot of time and walking. After fitted for bikes I was sent to the desk to give my ID. At that time I was charged $44 for two DELAPITATED bikes. I again said I had the New York Pass. Told her the man that spoke to me and personally led me to the company told me it was honored for included bike rental. She told me the guy passing our their brochures and carrying their poster worked for himself !?! They said oh sorry...wrong location. At that point I paid the cash and left because of the time it sucked out of our day. I expressed my issue and they could care less. Tough feeling when you realize you were scammed. My daughters bike skipped gears all day. It was a tough tough ride. Knowing I would have zero customer service we sucked it up. Lesson learned. $44 way over charged. Plenty of other bike rentals around the park for less. Beware It’s no more than a bait and switch.
