5.00Perfect. The tour company was professional and got us to the biobay safely in the dark. We learned about the biobay and spent a lot of time kayaking in the glowing water - it was beautiful! They drove us to the ferry in time to get back to the mainland.

5.00A must to do in Vieques. The bioluminescent was beautiful and we went at a great time where it was cloudy and not a full moon. Our guide was very knowledgeable about the place and the organisms.

5.00I had a great time kayaking under the stars in bioluminescent water! I wish I could’ve stayed out there longer. I was bumped up to an earlier time since we didn’t reach the minimum number of people for the later one. He called, texted, and Whatsapped to make sure I got the message (I was on airplane mode on a flight). Carlos was thorough and patient with giving instructions on how to kayak, especially since we had some beginners in the group. He also explained the plankton and pointed out constellations with a laser pointer. I appreciated him taking videos for us (he recommended that we keep our phones in the car so we don’t accidentally drop it). This allowed me to be in the moment and not fumbling with taking photos (this was especially helpful since it was windy and we needed to watch the currents).

1.00We didn't get to do the tour because the operator, Carlos, called us en route to baggage claim around 1 pm at the San Juan airport to tell us that they were not going to do the 8:45 tour we booked and had been charged for and that he was moving us and others to the 6:45 tour, a time we could not make. To add insult to injury, in addition to refusing to refund the $105 we paid for the tour the provider cancelled he said we'd be charged a $130 cancellation fee ... We didn't cancel the 8:45 tour, he did. We told him that we're disputing the charge for a service not provided. Such a shame. We were looking forward to it.

5.00The bioluminescence tour was amazing! He took us to a spot where the bioluminescence was highly concentrated, which made the experience even more magical. He also explained how the phenomenon works, which was really interesting. Since it was just four of us, the tour felt very personal and relaxed. He even took great pictures and videos for us

5.00I took my family on this tour to show them the bioluminescent plankton and this was an even better tour than the one I previously did solo. Carlos, the owner, took our pictures which no one else does and took us to a spot with the most bioluminescent! He was friendly and knew everything about the plankton. Definitely a great experience and we would go to him again.

Carlos, the owner took us out and we really enjoyed it because he was super knowledgeable on the plankton and even took pictures of us while out there. We got to see so much more bioluminescence than I thought possible and he was super friendly and helpful. I learned a lot and had the time of my life. 10/10 recommend.
