Linlithgow Palace
Linlithgow Palace: Our first stop is Linlithgow Palace, a royal residence that dates back to the 15th century. The birthplace of Mary, Queen of Scots, the palace is now a ruin that offers a glimpse into Scotland's royal history. You'll have the opportunity to explore the palace's grounds.
The Kelpies & The Helix
The Kelpies: The largest equine sculptures in the world. Standing at 100ft tall and weighing more than 300 tonnes each, the magical Kelpies are a man-made wonder and a feat of engineering. The works of art, created by artist Andy Scott, have become iconic on the landscape after being modelled on real-life icons of times gone by — Clydesdale horses Duke and Baron. The Kelpies represent the lineage of the heavy horse of Scottish industry and economy, pulling the wagons, ploughs, barges and coalships that shaped the geographical layout of Falkirk. The Kelpies’ name reflects the mythological transforming beasts that possess the strength and endurance of 100 horses.

5.00My husband and I had an exceptional experience. Graham, our tour guide was very knowledgeable and very accommodating to us. My husband wanted to see the military base his dad was stationed at during WWII. Graham took us out to Leuchars and introduced us to the officer in command that day. They allowed us to take a few pictures and my husband was able to satisfy a long standing dream of his. Graham showed us many other places it’s of Edinburgh. He was very much in tuned with our needs and fulfilled all our hopes of seeing beautiful places and hearing the history and folklore. He even sang to us!! We loved the 5-6 hours we were with him! Thank you for your agency setting all of this up for us. We were beyond pleased!!

5.00We booked a tour with Bonnie Scotland Tours for a personalized experience that could change on a moments notice as my wife and I were traveling with our two year old son. We were so grateful they were able to create a plan that was enjoyable to all of us. A very special thanks to Noel for having a virtual meeting with us well before our trip to understand what we were looking for. Robbie was our guide and he was excellent and just an all around great guy! He clearly has a passion for Scottish history, lore, mythology, and of course kilts. We had a very fun day learning from him and nothing felt rushed. At the end of the tour, we were provided with some excellent recommendations for food/experiences and they did not disappoint! I would highly recommend working with Bonnie Scotland Tours. The experience they provide is something that will stay with you long after your journey has ended.

5.00This was absolutely one of the best things we did on our vacation! Our tour guide was Andy and he was the absolute best. I can’t say enough good things about him. We skipped a few things that we didn’t wanna see and he took us to other parts that were better for us. I would highly recommend this Tour!

5.00Cannot recommend highly enough. From the comfortable van to the gorgeous basket of snacks and trinkets this is a classy ride from start to finish. Ross was knowledgeable, professional and personable. Thoroughly enjoyed his commentary and company. Nothing was to much trouble, very happy to accommodate any requests. Will use this company again!

5.00Organizing a tour for six down-to-earth Dutch people is a challenge, but from the very first moment, Ross took on the challenge. It turned into a day full of sightseeing, information, but above all, humor and fun. Thanks to Ross for the flexible guidance and for teaching us so much about the versatility of William Wallace. If anyone is planning to book a tour, this one is definitely recommended.

Our tour included exactly what we hoped it would, and Noel's historical color and storytelling was the perfect audio track to lay over the entire experience — we learned so much at each location! He was an absolutely wonderful guide, and our day tour was definitely one of the highest point of our Scotland trip.

5.00We enjoyed our family tour with Noel and Bonnie Scotland Tours. Noel is a passionate historian providing us with thoughtful insight into Scottish culture. The tour was comfortable and relaxed. Noel went out of his way to personalize details focusing on our family roots. We visited monuments, castles and he even arranged for a visit to the residence of the current Duke who shares our family name. We were so impressed by his sincere desire to provide us with the best experience. He is top notch! My family loved the scotch whiskey toast at the end of the tour celebrating a wonderful time together. I highly recommend Bonnie Scotland Tours

5.00We spent an absolutely fabulous day exploring Scotland with Noel. My only complaint is that we could not have spent a whole week touring with him. We fit a lot into one day starting with Loch Lomond, and exploring Sterling castle and the Wallace monument. We even had the opportunity to feed some hairy Highland Coos. his knowledge was incredible and he shared so many interesting tidbits of history with us. this tour with Noel was one of the highlights of our family adventure. Would highly recommend any of the tours that this company offers. And we hope someday to visit again.

5.00Noel was incredible! An encyclopedia of knowledge, amazing hospitality. We were in great hands and he thought of everything. Bent over backwards to make sure we had a great time. I cannot recommend Noel and Bonnie Scotland Tours any higher!
