1.00I rarely leave negative reviews, but the sheer lack of professionalism from this company warrants a public warning. I booked an airport transfer with them well in advance. Not only did the driver fail to arrive on time, but they were 25 minutes late—a critical delay when catching a flight. Because of this, I was forced to cancel and scramble for an Uber to ensure I didn't miss my plane. To add insult to injury, the company repeatedly minimized the issue, dismissively claiming the vehicle was only "slightly late." A 25-minute delay for an airport run is not "slightly late"; it is a complete service failure. The handling of the refund process has been even more appalling. Instead of utilizing formal support channels, their representatives contacted me via WhatsApp, using casual slang and appalling spelling errors. If you value your time, your sanity, and professional communication, avoid this company at all costs. They are unreliable in their service and utterly amateur in their business conduct.
