What To Expect
We will collect guests at the front doors of their hotels in Banff & Lake Louise, at the Coast hotel in Canmore, and at Exit #6, Commercial Bay #21, on the arrivals floor at Calgary International Airport. The journey to and from Banff is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. The journey to and from Lake Louise is approximately 2 hours and 40 minutes (shuttle stops in Banff and Canmore for 30 minutes to drop guests off). Guests will be dropped off at the front doors of their hotels in Banff & Lake Louise, and on the departures floor at Calgary International Airport.

He was very knowledgeable in the park and province and shared some local tips on where to get the best glacier water! It was convenient, comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you Claudio!!

5.00It was a fast and smooth ride to the airport. Our driver Grant was 15 minutes early to pick us up at our hotel. There were only 3 of us in a van fit for i think 10 passengers. It was very comfortable with wide windows for maximum views of the scenery.

1.00Save yourself the hassle. If your flight is late or the customs line is long they will not wait for you. My son missed his ride today and they will not refund. The best they could do was make him wait another 2 hours for the next shuttle. After a very early wake up and hours flying who would want to then waste another 2 hours at the airport. Instead, arrange a private ride or an uber when you arrive.
