We were 4 (my 3 grand children and I) and were welcomed at Luisa and also her 3 children (2-3 years younger than mine). We each prepared in turn the tiramisu and pizzas. The pizza balls were prepared in advance (because they have to rise) but we prepared one at the beginning and then finished it at the end of the meal. So we learned how Luisa makes her pizza dough, and it is incredibly good: very bloated, very fluffy and without there being an uncooked part. Luisa gave us a lot of explanations and answered all our questions. We shared the meal with Luisa and her children. The atmosphere was excellent, very familiar. We had a lot of discussions, both on cooking and other topics. The quality of their welcome is remarkable. The meal itself was excellent: we ate the pizzas and tiramisu we had prepared, and also local sausage. It was very hearty, we could not finish everything. We had a wonderful end of the day. The activity lasted a total of 3 hours, which was very good. I don't know if you can choose the person who does the cooking course because there are several on Bergamo apparently, but I highly recommend Luisa.
