The Vineyards Nobody Else Can Show You the great wine regions of the world have two kinds of producers — those who sell to tourists and those who sell to collectors. We take you to the second kind.
Every vineyard on this tour has been personally handpicked by Aaron. They produce between 800 and 50,000 bottles per year. They do not advertise. Buses cannot reach them. And they do not open their cellar doors to just anyone.
Because you are with us, they will open them for you.
Choose your own journey through 8 extraordinary venues between Cromwell and the Gibbston Valley.
At each one, you will be welcomed not as a tourist but as a serious buyer — by the winemaker, the owner, or a trained sommelier who knows every vine in the vineyard. and because great wine deserves to be enjoyed at home as much as on tour, every single venue can arrange international delivery directly to your door. Arrive home to find the best of Central Otago waiting in your hallway.

This Is Not a Wine Tour. This Is an Obsession. Somewhere between the dramatic schist rock walls of the Gibbston Valley/Cromwell/Bannockburn and the rolling golden plains of Greater Otago, something extraordinary happens. Time slows down. A winemaker pulls a barrel sample just for you. A sommelier explains why this exact patch of Central Otago earth produces a Pinot Noir that collectors fly from London and New York to taste. You are not on a bus, You are not sharing a tasting room with strangers. You are a guest. Chef Aaron has spent years building relationships with the most exceptional small producers in one of the world most exciting wine regions. He knows which gate to knock on, which winemaker will open their best bottle, and exactly where to take you for a lunch that will have you texting your friends before the first course arrives. This is his world. For one unforgettable day, it is yours.

Had a wonderful foodie adventure over 10 hour day We stopped at 3 vineyards and had a sensational lunch with 10 wine tastings and then proceeded to the south coast where we climbed up a lot of steps and saw 30 to 50 fur seals

Went on an amazing food and wine tour to the Martinborough region today with Aaron from Kosher Tours. We visited Nga Waka, Schubert and Coneys vineyards for wine tasting and an out of this world culinary experience that my partner a retired chef gave an 11 out of 10. Following our lunch we meandered through farming country along the rugged coastline to Cape Palliser. We were treated to a herd of seals and their young basking in the sun before tackling the 252 steps up to the lighthouse for stunning coastal views.

For me, the highlight was the Olea olive oil visit and tasting. The owner is obviously passionate about his product, and with good reason. The three vineyards produce quite distinct wines despite using the same/similar grapes. The chocolate factory was a little disappointing as it turned out that we could taste the same samples as anyone of the street and there was no explanation of the process.
