The Fresh Pasta and Italian Ice Cream Course at our SiChef cooking school, located in the picturesque Chianti region, offers an authentic and exclusive culinary experience. This course, open to cooking enthusiasts of all levels, is a journey into the art of fresh pasta and Italian ice cream, two pillars of Italy's culinary tradition.
During the course there will be both theory and practice and the preparations taught will be easily replicable at home.
At the end of the course a diploma will be awarded and the recipes will be sent to the participants.

This course, open to cooking enthusiasts of all levels, is a journey into the art of fresh pasta and Italian ice cream, two pillars of Italy's culinary tradition. The course begins with a theoretical session, where students discover the history and traditional techniques of fresh pasta and ice cream. Expert chefs share their knowledge, delving into the variety of shapes, doughs and fillings that characterize fresh Italian pasta, and the techniques for creating creamy, flavorful ice cream. In the practical part, the focus is on the preparation of fresh pasta. From tagliatelle to ravioli, students learn to make pasta starting from raw materials, kneading by hand and using pasta machines. At the same time, the world of Italian artisanal ice cream is explored. Participants are guided through the process of selecting quality ingredients, balancing milk, cream, sugars and natural flavors. At the end of the course, participants receive a certificate of participation, a symbol of their commitment and the skills acquired.

Luca was absolutely magnificent! From the very moment we arrived, he was helpful and friendly and spectacular at what he does. We made two types of pasta, two types of sauce and homemade gelato. Absolutely worth every minute. Just be ready to stay awhile and truly embrace the experience.
