What To Expect
1. Select the transportation service you require and please consider Model and type of vehicle will be assigned upon availability and the number of passengers. 2. Provide the following information: Full name, flight number, pick-up date and time, and phone number. 3. Save your voucher. Print it or save it on your phone. 4. 48 hours prior to your ride, you will receive your driver's contact info. 5. 24 hours before, we will provide you with the meeting point info to meet with your driver. 6. Meet your driver at the pick-up location. 7. Present your voucher and I.D. to the driver so properly driver can validate your voucher/ticket. 8. Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 SMALL carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs, or bikes) may have certain restrictions; please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable. 9. Please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on the number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate.

1.00They never showed up. Not a single sign of them, despite their promises and my efforts to communicate clearly. I sent them the drop-off address provided by VRBO, and I even gave them the contact of the concierge for more detailed directions, only to hear that they couldn’t reach her. I reassured them that she would guide us once we arrived, but they simply brushed it off, saying they "preferred" everything in advance. When I asked if we needed to arrange alternative transportation, silence was their only reply. And then, to arrive at the airport, stranded and helpless, with no ride, no explanation—nothing but the cold reality of abandonment. Your service is absolutely appalling, a disgrace to customer care. To top it all off, you tell me a refund was "requested" instead of immediately issuing one after you left us stranded—utterly reprehensible!
