Pasta-making is like art, one needs to practice and here I had an opportunity to learn and practice with a very patient chef. Four different pasta shapes and then to enjoy after an appetizer and I tried the white and rosé wines. Understand and appreciate her message of vegetables with pasta and her work with Down’s syndrome individuals. A talented, humble woman. I wish her continued success!

We had the best time making pasta with the most wonderful family this morning. We made several types of pasta, tasted the wine from there winery, and had Pomodoro sauce made from the tomatoes from their farm. It was a fun experience, learning the history of the family, learning about their farm, winery, and olive oil, while making different shapes of pasta all the while listening to Italian music and singing along to Mama Mia. Thank you for a great learning experience to start our vacation.
