  First of all I gave 4 points out of 5 because I would like to make a proactive review because for the lived experience I would have given a maximum of 3 out of 5. Let's start from the beautiful structure with 4 restaurants and 2 beautiful pools, one of which touches that relax for the way of saying because children play quietly in the 'indifference of the lifeguard also because in the 'other all dive from the edge, children, teenagers and adults, not to say that it is allowed to swim at virtually every hour of the day and evening and night, and the towels that occupy the beds left by the morning throughout the day, it is true that announcements are made not to occupy the sunbed but no one listens, lifeguards should remove the towels on the beds of people who are perhaps at sea. The room every morning the ants , the French window did not close well and therefore did not activate the air and for 3 consecutive days came the technician then I gave up to open it so as not to risk that the air conditioner did not work.The sea is not the best indeed if agitated you can not enter the water, the beach is gravel and not sand so bring your shoes otherwise you get hurt.Animation from the human point of view , exquisite people from the village head to the head animator , perhaps someone else should interface more with the guests , very good just for the smile that every day gave you Deborah, Ilaria and Roberta and Noemi.In 25 years of holidays in Italy the animation focuses on the beach in the morning and not in the pool, in your case I understand it having 30% of foreign tourists who remain in the pool, so focus on activities to do in the pool, but if you allow me increased activities to do at sea and you will see that customers also foreign will follow you.A round of applause for the animators for their language skills almost all spoke very well 2/ 3 foreign languages.I would like to make a super positive review not 5 stars I would have given 10 to the head barman Giuseppe and his staff the best I have ever known, professional , kind , patients, always available, tireless good, great Giuseppe a boss that we all would have liked.Staff reception and information point courteous and always available, fast check in and check out . Excellent restaurant in the pizzeria, very good pizza and super friendly staff who work there, very good Elena, the restaurant the Garden sufficient with a beautiful atmosphere, the beach restaurant the staff always friendly and helpful as well as the lady who takes care of the bar on the beach, but the Quality of food is mediocre, while at the restaurant on the structure there are definitely management problems wrapped up empty plates and wrapped even the food as happened in the evening dedicated to Sicilian specialties at 8.30 pm were finished the arancini and it is useless to justify that the guests are rude and the first had taken excessive quantities compared to those eaten, you know that this is so but you have to give everyone the opportunity to taste them and not only to those who arrive first.   for a short night with lifting at 5am. compulsory bracelet for consumption at the bar even if not interested, Basically if you load your card of 10€ and spend 5€,The remaining 5€ are not returned!.. Not good. arrived in my room I ripped off this ugly bracelet the grim floors very long empty corridors no decor, spacious but very minimalist room, no decor, empty just one bed and the minimum Welcoming and the ground floor, beautiful decor, beautiful spaces although by the highway and noisy

  Stayed at Costa Verde in the first week of July. I had heard about it and decided to go on holiday with my wife and our two children. I start reviewing every detail of the hotel. As soon as we arrived the reception staff was very kind, courteous and they met my small requests. The room is quite large, furnished in a minimalist way (see photo), nice big bathroom. The single beds had mattresses that were a little thin, I think a little uncomfortable. The air conditioning even when set at 30 degrees was always a bit loud, so annoying at night. Always well cleaned, change of tablecloths every day and the cleaning ladies very kind and ready for our requests. Breakfast in a mega room where you can eat everything: from simple coffee or cappuccino to yogurt, cold cuts, fried or scrambled eggs, jams and much more. Lunch and dinner were in another outdoor room. The menus varied every day, all buffet with many appetizers, two or more types of pasta, main courses of meat and fish, many side dishes, desserts and ice cream. The children's menu was also present. The waiters are kind and always ready to remove empty plates and bring drinks. Beautiful swimming pools, a great one suitable for both children and adults with a maximum height of 165cm. The other was gorgeous, infinity pool and panoramic, with beautiful evening light effects. The swimming pools could also be used late in the evening. Super animation, addictive but never invasive. Very good from the mini club, swimming pool, fitness until the evening in the theater where they entertained us with beautiful shows. You could get to the sea with a real bus. For my taste it wasn't so good. Well equipped with various deck chairs and umbrellas, beach with fairly large pebbles and water immediately high as you entered, so not suitable for children. Let's say hello and say hello to everyone and apologize if I forget someone. Greeting Filippo u Palermo multilingual village leader, Piero the French animation leader, Michele the multilink Smurf, Marika, Giorgia and Marta of the Mini Club, David fitness, Francesco the dancer, Marco the referee and all the others I do not remember. The hotel is nice but the animation makes all the difference, they were just SUPER. Finally we move on to the tips for both the hotel and us customers. At the hotel I recommend using double mattresses for double beds and not to join two singles, to use other instead of the curtain (all hotels do) to make the room dark, my children sleep with the room totally dark. Finally try to regulate the climate well, despite it was put at 30 degrees in the room it was too cold. For us customers, however, I have only one advice: do not waste time booking, you will have a fantastic holiday.   Very nice holiday village you never get bored you eat well even if the breakfast a little disappointing there are 2 very nice pools a restaurant surrounded by a very nice garden with table Service we chose the evening of fish animation and very nice shows I recommend it I think I will return
