We laughed, took photos, and made the most of it. Florence deserved more time than we had, honestly. Pisa was quick and busy. The tour keeps moving, so don’t expect a slow pace. Even so, we enjoyed the experience.

Florence alone would have made this tour worth it—it’s genuinely stunning. But combining it with Pisa makes the day feel very packed. There’s a lot of time on the coach and not much breathing room in between stops. Still, everything ran on time and we made it back to the ship comfortably.

Everything ran smoothly and the timing was precise, which I appreciated. But the experience itself feels like ticking off landmarks rather than actually experiencing them. Florence especially deserves more time. Pisa is very brief. Still, it does what it promises.

Everything was easy to follow and well coordinated from the cruise port. With kids, though, we noticed there weren’t many chances to take breaks. Florence was lovely but felt a bit rushed. Pisa was fun but short. Still a good overall experience.

We really liked Florence and would go back just for that. Pisa, however, felt like it was added just to tick a box. Lots of tourists, quick stop, and not much structure once you arrive. Still, overall it was a good day, just uneven.
