5.00I booked these tickets on behalf of my clients. They are usually issued just before the experience, but as my clients were going to be travelling, I reached out to Tourr via their WhatsApp communication and they were incredibly accommodating and helpful. We agreed a date in advance for me to get the tickets and I was sent them no problem at all. My clients thoroughly enjoyed their trip to Sintra and everything went to time. Just one thing to be mindful of, when booking. This is the National Palace of Sintra entry, not the Palace of Pena.
