It was great learning the history of Dallas. Only downside, which was probably my error of not thoroughly reading, was the JFK tour. I thought I had purchased tickets for that specifically from the links advertising the tour.

Tim our tour guide was great and very knowledgeable. We did a tour of famous Dallas districts and JFK's final route. The farmers market was nice for shopping local gifts. AT&T stadium was amazing to see and walk on the field! Overall, it was a fun tour.

Wear comfortable shoes and clothes for getting in and out of the van. Eat a little something before going or take snacks in a backpack to hold you over between the Stadium tour and city tour. As someone almost 60yo a small passenger bus would have been more comfortable for everyone to get in and out without crawling over others. It would have allowed everyone to have good views of the city. Structuring the tour to give an hour at the market would be helpful.

The stadium tour was very informative and we travelled around the whole stadium and looked in the locker rooms of both the cowboys and cheerleaders. Our only issue was the field was being taken up due to a soccer game the previous weekend so it didn’t look like the NFL field you would expect, but otherwise it was a great tour. The Dallas tour was good and the tour guide William really knew his stuff about Dallas. We got to see some suburbs and the place where JFK was assassinated which was interesting and made you want to look up the history around that again.

I would not recommend this tour. The ticket price is much too high for what you actually get — the overall experience felt very low value. Our guide was funny and did a solid job, but the tour itself was average at best and didn’t live up to the cost or expectations. On top of that, when one of our group members couldn’t attend due to a weather-related flight cancellation, the company was inflexible and unsympathetic. They offered only a partial concession that still required us to pay more, which felt unfair given the circumstances. If you’re considering this tour, be aware: the guide may be entertaining, but the experience is overpriced, and customer service leaves much to be desired. There are better ways to spend your money and time in Dallas.
